Are you writing about an
order?
Morty does not sell any merchandise directly. Just like
your local shopping mall, Morty is more a landlord, and not a
retailer. All orders are processed by affiliated
merchants. All the companies that provide merchandise to
the mall have sterling reputations for customer service.
If you had a problem with an order, you should contact the
merchant directly. Most merchants send an email to confirm
your order, and explain how to track it. Please check for
your order confirmation, and follow the merchant's
instructions. If you've deleted the email (or didn't
receive one), you can contact our popular merchants using the

Comments About Our Merchants:
As stated above, Morty, is only the landlord to the
merchants selling their products in the mall. The
merchants selected to sell products in the mall all have very
high ratings for customer satisfaction. Even with the best
of merchants, time-to-time there will be errors or delays.
Because many TV related items are produced in limited
quantities, you may find items that are
discontinued. If you've had a problem with a merchant, or
see item(s) listed that are no longer available, please let
Morty know. Morty is not able to assist in resolving
problems, but your feedback will be taken in to consideration
when it comes time to renew a merchant's "lease" in
the mall. |
