About the
list:
I didn't bother to add my comments on why I selected a
particular title for this list. The truth is, I didn't put
much thought into it. The list was inspired by an ad I
saw. Paramount had selected a list of titles for
men. I had to wonder who selected all the Tom Cruise
titles, and Star Trek. Sure, the titles are good, but not
what I think of as "macho." So off the top of my
head, I made up this list. Most are classics.
It never fails, that whatever I'm writing,
will be interrupted by someone looking over my shoulder and
asking "So what ya workin' on?" After
explaining this list, another popular question was asked:
"Don't you ever see any current movies?" Allow me to
answer: yes. How else would I know that the old movies are
better!
And what's "Porky's" doing up
there? I just felt the list needed something funny, and
I'm tired of recommending "Blazing
Saddles."
Regards, -Morty-
